Ingredients:
- 3 Cups flour
- 1 Tbs sugar
- 1/2 Cups shortening
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 5 Tbs water
- 1 Tbs vinegar
- 1 Egg
- Mix first 4 ingredients together
- Add remaining ingredients and beat lightly to mix.
- Kneed dough and roll into a ball.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight.
- Roll out and line your pie pan as desired.
